We manage the whole building which has 3 floors. Each floor has a separate kitchen, toilet, bathroom and 4 rooms.

The house is occupied by friendly, young creative and smart individuals, mixture of fashion students and working professionals. I am looking for someone similar in their late 20s, Must be respectful with others, clean and tidy, sociable and easy-going people.

All bills included as well as cleaning service (once a week) is included in rent. Nothing else to pay!
